I had problems with my computer and called this company for help. They worked on it after I paid them $100 for a year and when I called to get it fixed when I needed help again and was told it was for a one time only. I told them I wanted my money back. Was told they would not give my money back. I understand this company is affiliated somehow with China. I want my money returned to me.
