They act like they are an "Apple" product and are able to pop up on your desktop. My wife paid $349 for their "cleanup" service for her Mac. After 2 hours of controlling her computer it was no better. We asked for a refund. They said it would take up to 12 days. During the 2 hours of "troubleshooting" we found many negative reviews about Tech Live Support, including "scam", "poor service", "difficult language accents", etc. Avoid the trouble for yourself and AVOID this company. DO NOT USE!!! I wish we had seen more about this company before we bought the service.
