Some months ago I purchased some Spanish lessons from Synergy Spanish. I was so pleased that I wrote to Synergy Spanish asking if they had any more advanced material I could purchase. Today I received an e-mail offering what I thought was a response to my request and I authorized a $97 charge to my Visa card. The card was processed and I received a group of lessons, BUT they are exactly the same lessons I purchased the first time.
I would like either my money back or some advanced lessons in Spanish
