Hi all, I am from INDIA ,I have ordered product from http://www.longxuan168.com formally known as price angle its location in china,order date 02/03/2016, I have made communication with mail and live chat(in website),I got order details (order number 201200055 )to mail and suggested me to pay via TT( wire transfer ) , so I have paid 295$ to suggested bank account, after 10 days they confirmed that they received payment,and they said they will arrange to ship,but after that they stopped responding to emails ,

Even in website also, they blocked my PC IP address from being chat.Its already 45 days but till now they didn't ship the product, I sent warning email with deadline to respond to my emails, and also said that if not I will consider it as a scam and proceed all legal procedures according to international trading rules but till now I didn't receive any reply from them

I have all the conversation emails( more than 50 conversation emails ) and beneficiary account details and website with me, someone please suggest me what I can do to get my money or product back, with the help of all these details (email conversation, beneficiary details,website address,URL ,screenshot of order ).

How to proceed legally to file cheating case against them and to get my money back
