As a company we first bought 80 units of cushion / seat massagers from this company through a salesman whose name is Alex. He honoured only part of the order saying that the remainder is not available as it is short of stock and that he will send the missing items( hand massagers) when we will place the next order. After 2 months, we placed the new order and he asked for 30% advance which we sent through bank transfer. After receiving the money, neither SHENZHEN MONDIAL TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD and neither Mr ALEX took contact or replied to our innumerable phone calls, emails or messages. They also trade under the name KINGTOP. We mailed him to refund our money but up to now, he is not refunding and neither picking his phone when we call him
