I completed an online form for change of address that I
thought was connected with the USPS that offered special bounces one of a $25 gift card to a restaurant.
When I went to the web site to acquire the $25 gift card,
the web site was not accessible.
I definitely know now today 4-5-2016 that it was a SCAM.
