I am filing a complaint against the LC myperfresume company. Last year, I had been on the website in preparation for putting a resume together. I did NOT complete this resume, however in March 2015, I did pay $1.00 and $1.95 just to print out the draft form. I did not use this resume for job search. I was recently contacted by my credit card company about these recurring charges. I was not aware that this was a regular charge of $35.80 for April 11, 2015 through March 2016. The 12 months of charges display on each statement and total $429.60. I did not approve this charge, nor even after reviewing the website, am still unable to determine what the charge is for. I am requesting that this charge be stopped and for the return of the $439.60.
What will next steps be for the follow up of this complain to resolve.
