I ordered 30 day free trial for 4.95 they then charged me 38.71 for another product I did not want this on 3/24/16. on 3/29 I called to cancel order and get refunded for the unwanted order. they said they could not refund my money because it caused an issue with their computer. so instead of cancelling my order theyn billed me $26.71 reduced charge for a second order I did not want. asked to speak to a manager was told he was unavailable as of 13 seconds ago.they did say that my orders were cancelled and I would receive no more product.
