Orders Birkenstock Shoes on line they arrived but these shoes are NOT Birkenstock they are fakes. There is no way to get in touch with them, I have a return address not sure if I should mail back had no idea they were out of China as it does not indicate on the web site. Even checking my credit card they give no phone number to contact.
