I received a letter stating I have won $1,779,887.40. All I have to do to claim the check issued by S.R.G. is to fill out a "Documentation Acceptance Form" by signing, dating, submitting my telephone number, and enclosing a one-time document processing fee of $25.00.
The funny thing is I saw another complaint where the individual was told he won the exact same amount to the penny--$1,779,887.40!
