They say they exchange your driving license and you need to pay infront , then they say there have never been complaints but its because there are not many going public with it and they change their email and site address. They convince you you and you pay and they stop communicating. Everything on their site is false specially their address. the.me has to sound a ring. They get 500-1000 euros and stop communicating. Have people in poland ukraine with false identities to pick up money from western union and is all fraud. The site changes from .me to .site . they continuously change.

Whatever you call it, drivers license, driving licence, driving license, etc, etc... By using a foreign EU licence you can usually get away from speeding cameras, parking fines, motorway fees etc. Combine it with driving a foreign car and you will really be treated like a tourist, all fines from infractions in driving laws are lost in the EU post to your mailbox in a foreign country. Even insurance is cheaper than the UK, the car is insured in eastern europe (not the driver like UK), but the insurance certificate is still valid for UK use (it has to be by EU rules).
