Victoria Herrera took $ 8 ,000.00 from my 71 year old mother telling her she could save my moms properties it's been almost two years now and not a thing has been done in regards to my mothers homes. She yells at my mother and had intimidated her to the pound that she's scared to call her at all. She's being lied to by Victoria and I'm seriously thinking this is elder abuse. Please, I need some guidance in how to best approach this volatile situation.
