These transactions were deducted from my SSI account fraudulently. My card was stolen and was used to fraudulently set up your account. I filed a police report on 10/06/2015 with both Pierce County police and Tacoma City police for theft, ID Theft and fraud. Please review this record from bank statements. You should find the same amounts in your records.
