These people called me as some sort of scam saying my computer was broadcasting error messages over the internet. I kept him on the line for about 10 minutes playing dumb, even telling him I didn't have an internet connection (which meant that I couldn't broadcast anything) but this didn't phase him and he offered to connect me with offline support and finally told him I would call him back when I get an internet connection.
The person who called said his name was Andrew Stevens with a phone number of 877 753-9167.
Don't fall for this scam. My computer is protected.
