I answered an ad for a trial of the Dermaluxe Snake Venom Peptide cream for wrinkles. I ordered it on March2, 2016 on a trial basis. Before I could contact them that I did not wish to continue using this cream as I did not see any difference in my skin, they charged my credit card $92.. I called them as soon as I saw this charge on my card. I told them I did not wish to continue using this product and I would like the charge removed. The person who took my call spoke with an accent and very fast. I kept telling her I could not understand what she was saying but I did not want anymore of the cream. I would like the charge taken off of my credit card. I have not received the product that I was charged for yet but I will return it if it comes. Thank you for investigating this complaint for me.
