I purchased the Option 3 all inclusive package where basically the company markets the site for a year on your behalf. In return all I had to do was provide weekly reports and ensure that the links were not broken. In month 2 I started to raise concerns that traffic to the site was not as advertised and in month 3 really started to question the hit rate which stood at 58 and lack of feedback. At about this time I finally received feedback that the site had to be reset because of broken links.

To cut a long story short, Ambertel marketing department blamed me for lack of traffic, even though they cannot prove that I did not do my part. The reports sent weekly should have given them ample warning that their marketing efforts if any was working. They continued to blame me even after I told them to switch the site off.

In the final analysis a very disappointing experience. The company did not even bother to phone me to discuss and my emails to John (Owner of Ambertel) has gone unanswered. Total loss excluding potential income is 2000 pounds.
