Purchased a pair of men's Ken Griffey Shoes from Ken Griffey Shoes2. Got an email from this company saying thank you for ordering shoes; they were a 3rd party payment processing company and if there were any complaints to forward complaint to them. After not receiving shoes email KG shoes; they said they were out of stock, to order something else; did that twice. Heard nothing further. No shoes came. Tried to complaim to KG shoes who I had been in contact with about re-ordering shoes but no reply to several emails.
Cannot complain to Sfepay as their page is in Chinese and will not translate to the English version with the English version tab provided.
