Received a phone call from a "lady"named Ashley stating that she was calling from Publisher's Clearing House whom I've done business with for a number of years so I assumed it was a valid call.After listening to her explain the service I thought it sounded ok so I agreed to it.When I got off the phone and had time to think about it I realized it was going to be a lot of money.I immediately phoned Pub. Clearing House and they informed me they did not have any sales promotion of magazines and that they do not call people.I immediately phoned my credit card co. and cancelled my card so that's why I haven't really lost any money.However they keep calling me telling me I need to send them money and threatening to send it to collection.I sort of second guessed myself about being told the call was from Pub.Clearing House {because when they called me I told them they lied to me and she said they did not tell me that} until I read some of the reports and they stated the same.They are very persistent and keep calling almost every day.Also they one who called today was rude and when I told her she didn't sound like a good business person she got upset and accused me of not allowing her to talk and then stated that she would just put me down as refusing to pay and she hung up on me.Two names they gave me were Ashley ,who made the first call and Monica the one who is attempting to collect the money.Also as of today I have not received anything from them.
