the ad was for a sample of novacare serum, just pay shipping of 4.95, thats it, 20 days later my mastercard was charged 99.19, i have been trying to get a refund. even sent back product, to a address in los angles that was on bottle, they said they would send me the refund, it is now going on 3 months, nothing, they said it takes my bank 30 days to post it. my bank say thats a lie, give me the tranaction number to give to bank, no tranaction number not found.they have rip off alot of people on line trying to get their money back too, they just don't know how to go about this, i don't either.
