I came across this scam site beginning of November 2011. I run one of the largest twitter accounts in Vancouver BC. Canada. They have an ad, that specifically said "Get a 52 Sony LED TV for $32.64. Limit One Per Day Yours Now." Since joining, the item does not exist. I contact customer support 3 days ago and spoke to a regular representative and then Lauren, a manager both were unhelpful and now acknowledging the ads. I utilized a Live Chat option to speak to Lauren, she claimed to escalate the issue and promised to email me the chat transcript however never did. NOT SURPRISED. The next day I spoke to Erika, who was of no help, on the Live Chat, she finally could not answer my questions and disconnected the services and I was not able to receive assistance. To date QUIBIDS has not yet responded. I have multiple complaints and ticket #'s etc and no one has contacted me. I was promised an LED TV for $32.64, I really do want it. If not, I will tell all my followers, continue posting on scambook, and other outlets. I will also contact the BBB..
Quibids, contact me, lets work this out before it becomes very complicated. If you advertise something, you better be prepared to provide it.
*I will attach my chat log with two customer service reps were of no help, and I will include the ad which i was able to find by going back into my browser history, thank god! Justice will be served.
