This kind of scam schemes are becoming common; but seems like there's lack of internet use regulations. The schemers are smart, and not unless someone is cautious enough, will end up badly. Something just needs to be done!

It was pretty nice hearing from you again,
Well, nobody knows what the future might hold between us, It gives me
the greatest joy to read from you. Everything happens for a reason.
Nothing happens by chance or by means of good luck.I am glad to meet
you too. Like as I have already informed you in my previous letter
about my job, I am doing freelance program planer with YMCA summer
program. I am single and my hobbies are reading, watching movies, long
driving, swimming and traveling. I hate delay, that is sluggishness
and procrastination. Dear I will like to inform you that, YMCA will be
undertaking a joint project of a sub headquarters in your country and
other nominated countries and it will be open doors for employment.
And the organizations need some external candidate other than the US
from other countries that will be working with the joint project team.
All the external candidates needed for the sake of the projects will
have to come over to the US for enlightenment and training for two
months before you will be posted as one of the team member for the
commencement of the project, and these workers will be highly paid.

be posted to, throughout the 10 months project of constructing a
summer recreational camping activities and training of the locals in
