Ordered the SAMPLE for $5.95. Called the next day to cancel for any further products. Was told that they will not send more product without it being ordered.
On 3/5/16 they took $98.71 out of my account. Called the # on the website, and was told by someone in India, that they did not have an account for me, he gave me this website to complain. Called the # attacked to my debit account through the bank first.
Was told that I received the full bottle and that is why I paid the $5.95 and they do not do samples. Read him what the web page I was on said, valereserum.org, and he told me that site did not exist. I WAS ON IT!!
He told me to prove that I canceled and he would not refund my money since I ordered a full product and that is what the $5.95 was for. (S&H)
When I told him I was reporting them to BBB he said go ahead.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST!!
This is the second cosmetic company that has done this to me. BEWARE!!!!!
NO COMPANY sends samples.
