Allstar Animal removal came out on 2/20/16 after I had called about a mole problem. They had told me it would be a flat rate fee of 389.00 for 10 days of service. When they came out to the house they set traps and later proceeded to offer a one year contract payable every 6 months. I had watched my yard being destroyed all along thinking I had ants. Anyway after the pitch about moles, the continued destruction, and never being able to get rid of them, I signed a contract for one years service. 614.00 dollars that day, and the rest to be paid in 6 months. I was told by the guy I signed the contract with that they would be out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to check and/or move the traps. When this didn't happen, I called and asked a phone rep. & they told me the same thing. A second employee who came out to the house repeated Monday, Wed. and Fri. as well. Well today is 3/15/2106 and the last time they were here was 3/3/2016. I called to cancel my contract and was unable to get in touch with a manager and was told to email the complaint. I wrote the complaint and was not able to direct it to any e-mail address. The have an e-mail listing to customer service which only redirects to their on-line Allstar site. it's 3:30 pm and no one will return my calls. I just now decided I'd take a drive out to their office; and quess what? There's no address listed on the contract. I'm sooo mad and I want my money back and these guys out of business.
