I have a very similar experience. I ordered shoes from a UK online fashion store a week ago. The package arrived today with a very ugly pair of sandals. Not the ones I ordered. I tried to phone the Shanghai phone number on package but was told the number does not exist. I have had no success going back to the UK site. I've tried to submit a complaint to UK site but it doesn't go through. Very frustrating and of course concerned about banking security.
