I ordered a bucket hat. I received a baseball cap and can get no response from Libracentre or Fristpay (not Firstpay) who take the money. Goods shipped from China. I tried replacing it by using Bob Spalding only to discover, by the look of it that it's just another front. Fristpay again. I suspect Bob Spalding is scamming, too.
