My chequing account was billed for unauthorized amounts of $140 and $126.14 Can$ for two products the company advertised as a risk free trial. I ordered the Rejuva Essence risk-free trial product on Feb 23, 2016, and at the end of the online checkout, they recommended another product: the Luma Essence, claiming I'd need both to achieve the optimum results. Hence, I added that to my order. My account was subsequently charged three times for two shipping costs and one product insurance which I didn't ask for. There was no obvious indication that I'd be charged for the full price of the two products, as their site indicated that all I had to pay was the shipping costs. I received the two products later, and there was neither any documents indicating I was going to be charged for the full price of the products. Then, come Mar 9, and 12, 2016, I noticed that my account had been charged for the abovementioned amounts, which I'd not authorized. Hence, I called their customer service number: 1-800-984-5904 and spoke with a CSR called Paul, who accepted to close the account to prevent any further charges, as well as refund the full amounts charged to my account. However, he claimed I was going to receive an email with return procedures I must follow in order to return the remainder of the products, before they can refund the charges. I haven't received any emails hitherto. Furthermore, he claimed he could not help me with the refund of the delivery shipping, insurance, and the shipping cost I'd incur to return the products.
