I received a call this morning from ASF Legal claiming that I owed Twin Bluffs Financial $455.. and they are threatening legal action against me. I have never heard of this company. When I asked when did I take the loan out, they could not give me information, and stated the statue of limitations are about to run out. I have tried looking for their information on the website and a telephone number to call them to inquire about the company. No telephone number could be located, and the only email address they offer is if you are applying for a loan. I think this is a scam because they say I have a flag on my name for fraud! I haven't used a payday loan company in quite a period of time!
