I ordered the trial version of Luxe-skin and Derma-luxe. Neither product did anything to improve the condition of my skin. I tried calling back within the 2-week period for cancellation, but they were closed on weekends. I called on Monday and told them to cancel my subscription. The customer service person argued with me and told me she would send me another bottle of each and if I wasn't happy with the product, to cancel within the next 2 months. Two weeks after I called them, I saw on my credit card charges for both products, amounting to almost $180. I called to get a refund, they refused based on the fact I hadn't called them within the cancellation period. I asked if I could get a refund if I returned the product, the answer was No --- they don't accept returns, even though the bottles are unopened and sealed. The product doesn't work at all, so don't waste your money. But if you do try the product, cancel as soon as you receive it so you won't get charged anymore.
