free trial offer was received but did not know I had to respond within 14 days. Was billed for trial offer and send more product. I returned the second shipment for credit, which I was assusred would be done. Have not received credit after two weeks of returning goods. I am 75 years old and I think the way you operate is a scam. I have been told my account has been cancelled and no further shipments will be made. Now I need my money back for products that was returned unopened, as well as the charges for the trial product.
