i paid 9.95 for a reading from emailpsychic.com but i never received it i even fulled out the feedback form on the site 3 times to see if i could get a response, but notting. they say you will recieve your reading within 24 hours, which is a lie. i dont like being taken advantage of. they have no other contact information on the web site soooooooooooo me being the person i am called authorize.net which their number is 1-866-682-4131 or 1-877-447-3938. which is the company on the web site that took the payment. by the way they are noting like paypal they dont investigate anything, so i complained and than gave them my transaction id from the website after i paid for the reading. they looked it up and gave me some persons phone number that has the acct with them ,which is 228-424-2335 and told me they couldnt do anything about it and said if i cant get in touch with smith online ent/emailpsychic.com then file a charge back with my bank to get my money back, so i said ok then i gave that number they gave me a call, nobody answered called 3 times just goes to voice mail to a guy name trevor. so the last time i called i left a message about my undelivered reading and scamming people. so if you have been scammed by the same website and people give authorize.net a call an complain and tell them they are helping smith online ent/emailpsychic.com fraud people out of their money cause if you think about it ,if they get 100 people a day to buy a reading they are making thousands of dollars off innocent people who is just want a reading about the future even if the readings are not correct information atleast you would of got what you paid for.but not so with smith online ent/emailpsychic.com . also give that other number a call to Trevor who has the acct with authorize.net who took our money. after a few calls from upset customers he just may change his number,(shoot!, how these people work it may just be a setup phone just to take messages, who really know).
