I ordered a padded Barbour jacket in a dark aubergine & received a fake looking blue 'Barbour' from China which bore no resemblance to my order and contained no returns note or address information at all.
Looking back at my order e-mail, I have now noted how cleverly it was worded and how no details of the jacket that I ordered were mentioned. The two e-mail addresses that I could contact with any enquiries were barbouroutletonline.com (any e-mails I have since sent have been returned by postmaster unable to contact that website) & [email protected] from which I have heard nothing.
The price that they were charging also changed 'according to the foreign exchange rate of the bank.'
