Took the Yourcreditscoreandmore $1 7day trial even though I had no intent to use there services [1)it was a mandatory requirement to view listings in a Property Reality website and, 2)I already have a credit score service). I called within the & day period, yet today I received an alert that yourcreditscoreandmore billed me anyway, using my credit card number I authorized for the $1 trial. I consider fraud, a scam, unauthorized use of my credit card and at minimum a deceptive practice. I phoned the company and their excuse was, guess, "we have no record of cancelation". Where do I go to file criminal charges?
