I ordered a pair of netball trainers ( professional ones used in UK) for my daughter from www.largewallclock.co.uk , they didn't arrived so I followed them up with a email , I finally got my trainers and they were nothing like what they had put on their web site , they were absolutely poor quality . I emailed them with a picture of what I ordered and what u actually got and they admitted that the warehouse has made a mistakes and that I should keep this , third best seller . I refused and sent them a copy of three returns policy and they are refusing to refund me . I'm not going to give up . I wish there was a Authority in China who we could send our complaint to . I will never do business with a Chinese company nor will I ever buy a product . I have let all my family and friends never to shop online with any Chinese company .
