My problem was the same as the previous lady wrote. I accepted an offer for free samples, nothing else. Gave them my credit card number to cover shipping cost of 2.95 and 5.95 that is all!
When I discovered I had been charged the above costs I tried to phone them for 3 days. Every time I called I got a message saying you are caller no. 5. I held the line for half an hour the first time and kept trying all these days with the same result. Two days ago i sent an email and still have so reply.
like the previous writer, nothing I read said anything about these kind of charges. I have never received any further product and dont want any. All I want is a credit for this amount. I am 84 years old and live on a very limited income. It is disgusting that they are allowed to get away with this kind of rip off. can anyone out there help, please!!!
