Our church is trying for a building that will house our shrine and our community center. We were looking for someone to loan or fund us. This company was on Preston Ely's site for Real Estate funding and the "owner", Dale Anthony Rhoades contacted us and asked for a $300 processing fee. He told me that if we didn't get the loan we would get the money back. I wired the money and we were told we needed to send $2,500 in loan insurance first. We said no and then asked for our money back. Nothing came of it.

I also think he is practicing identity fraud because I don't think this is a real copy of a driver's license, The Internet says that this man exists but the phone numbers and addresses do not match up with the information that he gives.
