This company advertises a "free trial" for skin care products. The total cost that showed on my request for the trial was $9.95. I received a full order, not trial, and was subsequently charged $128.85 on my credit card. It took several phone calls, people pretending we had a bad connection, and finally a person who talked to me like I was stupid. This was going to be a recurring charge and standing order if I hadn't cancelled (which hopefully, I have cancelled). I requested a refund but was refused.
