Pascaul Lopez warehouseman manager and Mike Cecil sold a defective and outdated mattress with out the manufacturer tags. After their inpections they still neglected to honor their warranty. After Mr Cecil agreed for an adjustment he became very abusive and unpleasant to talk to. My wife and I tried calling everyone but we didn't get anything accmplished.
