They need to rethink how they make their estimates. I was informed that I would only be paying around $50 ($39.99 for service + $10 for the technician to come out).
I was informed that the technician would arrive in about 15 minutes; the technician did not show up until after 45 minutes the call was placed.
When the technician arrived, I was being charged three times the rate I was given. I was being charged $159 dollars. $159 dollars to push an airbag through my door, and to insert a stick to unlock my door. The work took no more than one-minute to complete.
I didn't see the yelp post first when I should have, I will also be reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
