I was trying to reach Intuit about a software problem. The person on the phone assured me that I was talking Intuit. They took over my computer and said I had a zillion corrupted files and that it take $500.00 to fix the problem. While I thought this way too high, I allowed them to fix the problem.
Problem was fixed. I feel though that I was lied to about actually being the Intuit Co.
I have submitted this information to mt bank as fraud................we'll see
