I purchased RVTL antiaging trial, used it for 5 days and found it to be irritant to my skin. Returned it within the 30 day trial period after calling for the RMA number which was written on the front of the boxes in large magic marker pen and now they say they never received them so I am being charged the above amount They are calling me an Internet shoplifter which I resent
