I signed up for their $97 education program and an additional $84 on something they called Google VIP. I was having trouble getting traction called in to their support team where they never answer the phone even during business hours they have to call you back. They then scheduled a one on one coaching session for me where their "coach" was going to call me at a certain time. They told me to set aside 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the scheduled time to "accommodate" him. He never called. I called in to find out what happened naturally I had to leave a message again during their normal business hours they called back and said it was an oversight. I then called a different number to get more information on the Google VIP and got the SAME vm message with the same voice. No one bothered to call me back from this other number. I just called in to request a refund and of course had to leave a message to call me back. The gentleman who called me back informed me that I couldn't get a refund until 30 days had passed from my original transaction and would have to call back on 2/11/16 or submit a written request to their support team. What? He said the policy was on their website which of course it isn't at least not on the webprofitteam site and if it is there they make it extremely difficult to find. Is this any way to run a business?
