I clicked on a pop-up to see what they were selling. Of course, you had to log-in with your e-mail and a credit card first. I followed the log-in and instructions to play with purchased bids. I tried to purchase $25.00 in bids but the site didn't register any purchase. I finally got through to the bidding by trying to exit. Then a confirmation of order came up for $99.00. I immediately went to the e-mail site and asked "how did this happen? I had tried to purchase a $25 bid pack?
I received a Thank you the next day by e-mail.
When my credit card bill arrived, I had been charged $495- five $99 purchases. I called and Tabitha said it would be taken care of. Nothing happened. I wrote my credit card company a detailed letter regarding the disputed charges with a copy to bidrack. My credit card company removed the four duplicated charges. I could not get into Bidrack.com with my password today.

go to the ftc's link below and submit your complaint. i did. my credit card company sided with bidrack at first, but i submitted my exchange of messages with bidrack as proof that there was something wrong from the very start. i also told them that there are hundreds of complaints in scambook.com. so now i got my $99 back ;)
