On 12/23 2015. I ordered a trial cream for $4.95. I received it and could not use it because I was allergic to it. On 12/28, 2015 I received another box that I had not ordered and the packing slip said no charge. I received my bank statement and I had been charged $89.92 for first one and $$84.95 for the last one. They are using my credit card for something I did not order, ILLEGALLY! I expect a full refund. I can send the cream back because I haven't used it. I expect to hear from you immediately! Thanks.
