I purchased 2 groupons for grooming my silky terrier dogs. The value stated $50.00 grooming for 1/2 price at $25.00 each. When I went to the shop, I was informed that the service included a trim around the face, paws and near the tail area. It did not include a full grooming. When I told them that those services are normally $25.00 at any grooming salon and the $50.00 value should have been a full cut, they insisted that was all that was included. However, when I was leaving, they asked me to come again for a full grooming which cost $45.00. This was a big rip off and unfortunately I could do nothing about it since I had purchased the groupon already. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment. They will rip you off.

Thanks for the input. Had you read the details of the groupon, you would have known that the "deal" included a tidy only, no shaving. I am not aware of any other grooming shop that would do these same services for $25. Sorry for the confusion, perhaps you would be better served in the future by reading the offer before purchasing. It was a good deal, not a rip off, and for boutique style grooming, we offer a great product at a great price and have many more than satisfied customers. -
