Trials offered for total of $10. Trials never received. 14 trial period started when order placed online. after supposed 14 day trial (with NO product) they charged me $180 for 'auto shipment' of more product. Refuse to accept fact that initial trial never received. Refuse to refund $180 in charges.
Contested charges with bank but bank said that because I placed initial $10 order, that meant I was agreeing to do business with the company so I likely won't receive my money back.
Such a huge scam. The customer service rep would not let me speak at all. Every time I tried to say anything, they interrupted me. Steer clear
