I sent for a trial period for some anti aging cream I saw online When I'd arrived there was information to say it had to be returned within 10 days and of delivery IDidnt feel 10 days was a long enough period to see any effective results IReturned the products on the 8th day & IAm now most upset to find Ihave had £93 taken from my account &I the phone no on the returns form is apparently not connected so I cannot seem to get in touch with the company to see why this has happened & also to stop them sending any more I fear IHave paid £93 for cream I have not got & will be unable to cancel any more this is most upsetting &I certainly will not fall for this again
