Thought I bought the trial products and surprised when I saw my credit card bill of $190.62. Called the company to ask about this charge. Spoke to a rude representative who, in essence, said that I signed for it, so too bad. I asked to cancel and taken off automatic renewal.
The next day received a jar of Nouvebelle, so called the company again. Spoke to another "rude" representative and asked for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. He would not give me a number even though I asked several times and the letter clearly states:"Nouvebelle offers a total guarantee of customer satisfaction on all our products. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with the product for any reason, you may return the product for a refund." I have been emailing the company and getting the same response..."please do not hesitate to email or call our Customer Service Team."
DO NOT BUY from this company. How can we stop this company from continuing this fraud?
