interview date has been set, it will be held at our New Delhi office # Plaza M-6, 6th Floor, Jasola

District Center New Delhi – 110 025, INDIA, on FRIDAY 19TH FEBRUARY 2016 & SATURDAY 20TH

FEBRUARY 2016 {Time: 10:15 AM} Prompt.

We shall appoint 23 candidates only, meaning that your resume is among the 28 candidates that

will enter into the final stage for the interview.

The management has made provision for your travelling expenses and accommodation. You

have to be at our New Delhi event centre in person, we will send your travelling documents by

courier.

Your expected salary range from Rs.37,14,382.00/ Indian National Rupees - Rs.89,51,532.00/

Indian National Rupees *per annum and other company benefits which will be determined by

your qualification. You have to come with photocopies of all required documents.



REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BY THE COMPANY HRD

1. Photo-copies of Qualification Documents.

2. Photo-copies of Experience Certificates (If any)

3. Photo-copies of Address Proof and Two Passport Size Photograph.

Important Note: For confirmation that you are open for new challenge in your career

development, the management of ArcelorMittal Group - demands that each selected candidate

has to provide Refundable Interview Security - Rs.21,500 Indian National Rupees, as we will not

accommodate any loss, should in case you fail to attend the interview after your travelling

expenses is paid for by us.

To enable us proceed with your travelling formalities, to our FACE to FACE interview venue,

candidate has to remit the refundable interview security fees (Rs.21,500 INR) as mentioned by

HRD, not later than MONDAY 25
