They ran out of the original wallet that was supposed to go with my bag and asked me to choose another. The bag is tan and the wallet I received is gold. The material the bag is made of isn't even leather, I'm not sure what it is. I have been denied a refund for these reasons. Has anyone actually gotten there money back?
