I ordered a free sample-paid the shipping. 2 mos.later my acct. is chgd. $112.94. Called them, cancelled & ret'd product as per their request. Come July, no $ yet. They said they could not credit my account (Sure quick to charge it) so they would send a cheque. I've sent several e-mails & ph'd twice. They always say what I want to hear but as of Jan 21/16 I still have nothing. I've been cut off while on the phone, my e-mails ignored, can never get the same cust. srv. rep. twice. If you deal with them, I truly hope you do not have to go through what I have.
